Thorndike concluded that Behavior is Controlled by its Consequences. Through the experiment of the cats in the puzzle boxes, he determined the concept of Operant Conditioning, which indicates that we learn through the consequences of our actions, if the consequences are pleasant we will repeat the act, if they are unpleasant we will evade it.
