Some scientists explain that our universe started out as a black hole. A black hole takes in materials and pushes them all together into a very small space, probably about an atom in size. Scientists theorize that a black hole took in enough material that it created explosive friction within that atom, thus creating our universe. Some think that our universe is still technically exploding, or expanding on and on very slowly.
