Slope: [tex]\dfrac{-10-5}{-5-0}=\dfrac{-15}{-5}=3[/tex]

The line passes through (0,5)[/tex], so the equation of the line is

[tex]y-5=3(x-0)\implies y=3x+5[/tex]
