The historical separation of powers model, it means, the division of powers into Executive, judicial and legislative powers are threathened by the contemporary administrative state that now stands as the primary method of politics and policymaking. This has been like a fourth branch of power and now many agencies and epartments that belong to the administrative state control the government decision, something that in the past was ran by the historical powers
