To write in army time, think of it like this: Everything is the exact same as reglar time up until noon. You still put the minutes last, and after 12:59 PM, instead of it being 1, it's 13:00. To say army time verbally, you'd say Thriteen-Oh-Hundred. So 5 PM is 17:00, 2:03 PM is 14:03. Easy stuff!
