Answer and Step-by-step explanation:

AB = DC = 2x

AD = BC = 4y - 6 = 3x

180 = 2x + 2x + 3x + 3x = 10x

18 = x

4y - 6 = 3(18)

4y = 54 + 6

4y = 60

y = 15

18 = x

15 = y

2(18) + (4(15) - 6) + 3(18) + 2(18) = 36 + 36 + 54 + 54 =  180
