Answer: Yes, there is a need to limit the utilization of resources on planet earth.

Explanation:

Non-renewable resources are  those resources which cannot be replenished once used. Their concentration of planet is decreasing. For example, fossil fuels like coal, petrol, and natural gas. Special mining sites are required to explored for their extraction. These are not available in all regions of the world and must be used judiciously as they may not be available in future.
