Solve: 2x-3y=21 and -6x+2y=7 PLEASE HELP

the first one is : x=3/2y+21/2
the second one is: 
x=1/3y+−7/6

y= 10  

2x-3y=21

2x=21+3y

x= (21/2 +3/2 y)


-6(21/2+3/2y)+2y=7

126/2+18/2y+2y=7
