A dinner plate has a circumference of 106.76 cm. What is the area of the dinner plate? Use = 3.14.

Well, first you have to figure out with the radius is to figure out what the area is.
The radius is 16.99cm.
From there, after doing the math, you can figure out that the area of the dinner plate is
906.85cm. (See the attached image)
