1/3x+y=10/8
Times 1/2 for both side
1/6x+1/2y=5/8
-
1/6x+1/5y=13/6
=
3/10y=-1/2
Divided 3/10 for both side
y=-5/3

1/3x+y=10/8
1/3x-5/3=10/8
1/3x=70/24
1/3x=35/12
x=35/4
x=8 3/4. As a result, the solution set is (8 3/4,-5/3). Hope it help!
