Torah is what jewish people use as the law in Judah Or Israel.
monotheism is the doctrine or belief that there is only one God.
covenant is 
an agreement.

Polytheism: The belief to worship multiple gods.
Monotheism: The belief to worship only one god.
Torah: The Jewish religious reference book
