What was the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd estate's under the French Constitutional Monarchy? Why was it unfair to the 3rd estate?

1st - church/clergy 2nd - nobles 3rd - commoners

It was unfair to 3rd because it made apprx. 97 percent of country and THEY ALL paid the taxes, none of the other estates did.
