y = 2.61h + 15.24 would be the equation used to find the cost for any amount of hours.

30.90 = 2.61h + 15.24 Solve for h by subtracting 15.24 from both sides
15.66 = 2.61h Divide both sides by 2.61
6 = h
She rented the bike for 6 hours
