Bill reduced the size of a photo to a height
of 2 cm. What is the new width if it was
originally 15 cm wide and 10 cm tall?

For this basically reduce the original to the new
10 / 2 = 5
This is the rate of dilation
15 / 5 = 3
So this means the new dimensions of the photo will be 3cm wide and 2cm tall
