Use the formula d= x2-x1^2+y2-y1^2
X2 would be -3+5 ^2+ 7+1^2
7=y2
1=y1
Now calculate
-3+5=2
2^2 +4^2 Since negative 3 and negative 1 = positive 4

Now square 2 which is for and 4 squared is 16
