The value of the given expression i.e.  [tex](-8)^2/3[/tex] should be considered as the 4.

Calculation of the value of expression:

Since the expression is  [tex](-8)^{2/3[/tex]

[tex]= (-2)^{4^{2/3}[/tex]

Here the common factor should be cancelled out and then we have to riase -2 to the power of 2
