y = -x - 9

-x -2(-x-9)=-5

-x +2x + 18 = -5
x + 18= -5
x= -23
-23+ y = -9
y= 14

I think your answers are:
[tex]y = - x - 9[/tex]
[tex]y = - \frac{x}{3} + \frac{five}{two} [/tex]
